Cancellation Policy
At Hints of South Africa, we strive to provide exceptional tours, but we understand plans can change. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, and cancellations must be made within 14 days of the start of the tour. Cancellations made outside these periods will not receive a refund, and the deposit remains non-refundable. If we cancel or reschedule a tour, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 business days. Please note that no refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, we may offer a partial refund or rescheduling at our discretion.
